Daewon Chamsut Gui

Daewon Chamsut Gui is a pork charcoal grill restaurant in Seoul that serves chadol, pork collar, and samgyeopsal. The chadol is sliced by hand with a knife, and the pork is cut thick. The owner grills the meat at the table, and there is also a menu item of rice mixed into doenjang jjigae. The side dishes come out neat and tasty.
