Daeseong Galbi

Daeseong Galbi is a galbi restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled pork galbi and beef galbi. Orders of pork galbi come with kimchi stew, yangnyeom gejang, and several kinds of ssam vegetables. Lunch baekban is ordered from 12 to 1, galbi from 1 to 2:30, and galbi is available again from 4:30 in the afternoon. Evening waits are long and can exceed one hour.
