Daechan Sikdang is a neighborhood Korean restaurant in Seoul serving samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, jeyuk bokkeum, and kimchi stew. The jeyuk bokkeum is cooked over high heat for a smoky flavor, while the kimchi stew is made with raw meat. Solo diners can use separate one-person tables. Staff wearing safety goggles cook the jeyuk bokkeum in front of diners, and grilled meat comes with meljeot and complimentary kimchi stew.
