Chwaldaen Yangkkochi

Chwalddaen Yangkkotchi in Majang-dong, Seoul serves skewers including lamb skewers and pork jowl skewers. The menu includes garlic-seasoned and Chinese-style lamb skewers, guobaorou, and xin kuan mian, and ordered skewers are grilled and brought to the table. Skewers are kept warm on a small brazier, and the next skewers arrive as you finish the current ones. The lamb has almost no gamy smell, which makes it divisive compared to typical lamb skewers.
