Chuncheon Dakgalbi

Chuncheon Dakgalbi is an old restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving dakgalbi and osam gui. The dakgalbi is eaten by reducing a watery, seasoned sauce rather than by stir-frying, and the lunch menu includes bokkeumbap. With an order, one pancake is fried before the dakgalbi arrives, crisp and not greasy. The tables are placed close together.
