Cheongjeongok is a beef shabu-shabu restaurant in Seoul. Vegetables and beef are boiled at the table, followed by kalguksu and fried rice, and soy sauce is provided on request. Phone reservations are available, and a parking pass is issued after using the underground lot; the interior is large and spacious. Hygiene is a drawback: hair has been found in food and in glass cups, and utensils dropped on the floor have been mixed into disinfected sets.
