Chaewon Gamjatang

Chaewon Gamjatang is a neighborhood restaurant in Geumho-dong, Seoul, that serves gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew). Its signature dish is gamjatang made with meaty bones and half-filled with ugeoji. The dining room has four to five tables, and ingredients run out quickly on weekends. Parking is not available.
