Chabo Chabo

Shaboshabo is a shabu-shabu restaurant two minutes from Wangsimni Station Exit 9 in Haengdang-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Diners cook beef with minari, mushrooms and cabbage in a hanwoo sagol broth, and a course order continues with kalguksu and porridge. The broth can be chosen in spicy or perilla seed versions, and the dining room is large and clean with chairs for young children. Lunch specials include minari jeon, barley bibimbap and dubu kimchi bossam jeongsik.
