Bogjundang

Bokjundang is a restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, that serves bone kalguksu and perilla seed bone gukbap. The perilla seed bone gukbap comes with lightly salted rice rather than plain white rice, and the bone meat is dipped in a perilla seed chojang sauce. The bone kalguksu and perilla seed bone gukbap are not spicy, so children can eat them, and geotjeori is served alongside. The seasoning overall is mild.
