Biji Soup Bar

Biji Soup Bar is a wine bar in Seongsu, Seoul, serving soybean pulp soup, pintxos and sandwiches. It pairs tomato biji soup and truffle mushroom biji soup with wine, alongside lemon biji pintxos. A small carrot is served as a welcome food before ordering, and the space has large windows for brunch and dinner. The soups are thinner than expected.
