2002 Hoetjip is a hoe restaurant in Seongsu's galbi alley that serves raw fish and jjukkumi shabu-shabu. It is a convenient stop when you want hoe after eating galbi, and the menu centers on hoe dishes. The interior has the feel of an old, ordinary hoe restaurant or street pojangmacha. Ordering jjukkumi shabu-shabu brings live jjukkumi in the broth, and afterward you can eat kalguksu, udon, or ramen.
