Sand Wave cafe

Sandcave is a cafe on the second floor near Seoul Forest in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, serving Turkish-style sand coffee and house-made cheesecake. The cezve coffee is heated in hot sand, and the beans can be chosen, while the melting cheesecake is soft enough to run at the center. On a first visit, staff explain the menu and the coffee method in detail and also serve drip coffee. Seating is limited.
