Mils

Mils bakery cafe Seongsu is a bakery cafe set back from the main street of Seongsu. It sells sourdough-based bread and sausage buns, with the sourdough carrying little sourness and the sausage buns pairing spiced sausage with pickled cabbage. When you order a sausage bun, the sausage is grilled over charcoal separately before serving, and the shop also sells kombucha made in-house. There are not many seats, so staying long inside the shop is a stretch.
