Ilheung Kongnamul Gukbap in Samseon-dong, Seoul, is a haejang-guk restaurant that serves only kongnamul gukbap. The egg is not stirred into the soup but served separately, and the gukbap is ladled over rice and brought out with kkakdugi. The owner assembles each bowl in the kitchen at the back, and the broth is lukewarm rather than hot. The bowls are smaller than standard ttukbaegi, and so are the portions.
