Yigeumnim Jajangmyeon

Imgeumnim Jajangmyeon is an old Chinese restaurant behind Exit 2 of Bukhansan Bogungmun Station in Jeongneung, Seoul, serving hand-pulled jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The noodles are pulled by hand, making the jajangmyeon thick, coarse, and chewy, and the tangsuyuk comes with the sauce already poured over it. The jajangmyeon noodles are uneven but contain a lot of meat, which goes well with the sauce. The hand-pulled noodles are thick and uneven, so the jajang sauce clings less to them.
