Yeonhwa Gaekdang

Yeonhwa Gaekdang is a small raw fish restaurant in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, serving aged hoe and yurin-gi. It offers a two-person assorted hoe, yurin-gi, and fried shrimp, and the thickness of the hoe varies with the fish composition. Without arriving at opening, there is no seating, and a wait of 30 minutes forms. The shop is small and crowded, so tables and water bottles are kept less tidy.
