Ujeong Sushi

Ujeong Sushi is an omakase sushi restaurant near Korea University Station that serves courses of around 16 pieces of sushi. The course includes samchi, tuna hoe, and grilled eggplant, served with the chef's explanations. Reservations are made through CatchTable or by phone, and guests enter one of the seatings of about 10 seats, where the chef explains each cut and how to eat it. Reservations are difficult to secure, so planning a visit is not easy.
