Tosogjib

Tosokjip is a chicken restaurant on Doseong Sunseong-gil near Hyehwamun in Seoul. Its signature samgyetang is eaten by dipping the soft chicken in salt and sesame seeds. Ordering a meal brings six side dishes first, including kimchi, chwinamul, kongjaban, muchae, oi muchim, and hobak jorim. The shop and tables are wiped continuously to keep them clean.
