Sushiro Mia is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant inside a department store in Mia, Seoul. Orders are placed on a tablet at the table, and the rotating rail sends plates to the seat. Sushi travels along the rail past the tables with an alert sound, and staff bring it over if you miss it. Food ordered on the tablet comes out late, which breaks the flow of the meal.
