Sushi Hyeon is a sushi restaurant beside Seongbukcheon in Seongsu-dong, serving sushi and sashimi. Its sashimi set includes sushi topped with flounder, salmon, beef, swordfish, jangsaeu, and chosaeu, along with 12 pieces of sashimi, tempura, grilled dishes, maki, and udon. At lunch, the menu includes a soba set lunch, hoedeopbap, and a salmon sushi set. The dining room and table count are small, so finding a seat is difficult if you arrive late.
