Sungyeolhan Gopchang

Sunggyeolhan Gopchang is a grilled-intestines restaurant in Seoul serving yachae gopchang (grilled intestines), makchang (beef abomasum), and sundae bokkeum. Its direct-fire bulmakchang combines spicy smoky flavor with a sweet Chinese-style sauce. Takeout and delivery are available, and the restaurant has separate men's and women's restrooms and wireless internet; algopchang is served with plenty of gopchang and no glass noodles.
