Sotttukkeong Saeng Samgyeopsal

Sotttukkeong Saeng Samgyeopsal is a grill house near Seongsin Women's University in Seoul that serves samgyeopsal and cheonggukjang. Thick cuts of raw samgyeopsal are grilled on a cast-iron pot lid and eaten with scallion kimchi, cabbage kimchi, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. At lunch it serves baekban, and cheonggukjang and bokkeumbap can be ordered as well. The interior is relatively small, so seats fill up quickly during the lunch and dinner rush.
