Seodo bajirak kalguksu

Seodobajirak Kalguksu is a noodle shop near Sungshin Women's University Station and Donam Jeil Market in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. It serves bajirak kalguksu, deulkkae sujebi, and pat kalguksu. The bajirak kalguksu uses plenty of clams in a clear, light broth with chewy noodles. Before the noodles arrive, diners mix barley rice with geotjeori, gochujang, and perilla oil, and a single bowl of kalguksu is a large portion.
