Saboten Hyundai Mia serves tonkatsu, udon, and cold soba sets at its location on the ninth floor of Hyundai Department Store Mia in Gireum-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. Hirekatsu and roskatsu use tender meat in a crisp coating and come with a generous portion of cabbage salad. The dining area was renovated and is now clean, and there can be a wait at lunch on weekends. The open layout makes the surrounding noise loud, so a quiet meal is difficult.
