Momo Gopchang

Momogopchang is a neighborhood gopchang restaurant in Bomun-dong, Seoul, serving pork gopchang. The seasoning blends well with the gopchang, and lettuce comes with it in generous portions. The pork gopchang has little of its characteristic gaminess and a texture that clings to the mouth. Set away from the busy streets, it is quiet on weekdays.
