Mibundang Seongsin Women's University Branch serves Vietnamese pho topped with chadol, yangji, and himjul near Seongsin Women's University in Seoul. The signature chadol-yangji-himjul pho has a clear, deep broth that is not harsh, with soft meat and chewy himjul on top. The shop is mostly counter seating, so sitting alone is easy, and noodles and bean sprouts can be added for free. Cilantro and hoisin sauce can be added on the side, and mixed jeonsik, buffalo wings, and chicken drumsticks are served as sides.
