Meoggeoli

Meokgeori is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant inside Jeongneung Market in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, selling dwaeji makchang, sugu-reo bokkeum, and gopchang bokkeum. The makchang is chewy with a charred flavor, and the sugu-reo bokkeum is a jeongol-style dish suited to eating with alcohol. The dwaeji makchang is pre-grilled over charcoal and ordered half seasoned and half salted. The makchang can carry a pork smell.
