Manabu

Manabu is an izakaya near Seongsin Women's University Station in Seoul that serves aged hoe and grilled fish. It prepares dishes to order, including fried horse mackerel and tuna hoe, and the drink lineup changes often. A young male owner-chef runs the place alone and posts the day's special ingredients and menu on Instagram every day. The small space has few seats, and orders can come out slowly because one person handles everything.
