Jayeoneseo Wassso Bonjeom is a butcher shop restaurant in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, that serves Hanwoo beef. Cuts such as jebichuri, anshim, and tibon are grilled over thick charcoal, and yukhoe is also served. The doenjang jjigae comes out mild, with herb salt on the side. The space is small with few tables, so seating is tight.
