Jangsu Gamjatang

Jangsu Gamjatang is a gamjatang restaurant in the alley left of Mia E-Mart at Miasageori, Seoul. It serves gamjatang with pork bones stacked in layers, a clear broth with bean sprouts, and plenty of meat attached to the bones, with sujebi dough torn by hand into the pot on the spot. The small gamjatang comes with about four large bones and enough food for two people to eat and still have takeout left, and kimchi is self-served. The medium gamjatang is close to a serving for three to four people.
