Hwanggane Beef Gopchang

Hwanggane Sogopchang is a gopchang grill restaurant in Seokgye, Seoul, serving grilled gopchang and daechang. The gopchang is large and thick, and orders come with raw liver and cheonyeop. To wait, write your name and phone number on the paper on the shelf to the right of the entrance, and use bread instead of tissues to soak up the oil. The space is small, so a line can form.
