Han-Won

Hanwon is a Chinese restaurant in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul. It serves yuni jjajang, chadol jjamppong, and handmade gunmandu, with ohyang jangyuk brought out in chilled broth with ice. The chadol jjamppong comes with shrimp, chadol, and plenty of other ingredients, and the gunmandu are pleated by hand and full of juices. Tansuyuk includes nurungji, and the Chinese udon tastes like jjamppong with the spice removed.
