Gupo Guksu

Gupo Guksu is a noodle restaurant near Sungshin Women's University in Seoul that serves janchi guksu and bibim guksu along with other noodle dishes. Customers order myeolchi guksu or yeolmu guksu together with bossam and samhap, accompanied by dongdongju or soju. The makguksu noodles are thick and chewy, and the vegetables are fresh. The broth is not hot and its flavor is not pronounced.
