Gugsijib

Guksijip is a hand-pulled noodle shop on the border of Hyehwa-dong and Seongbuk-dong in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Exit 5 of Hansung University Station. It serves guksi, kongguksu, suyuk, and jeon, with kimchi, perilla leaf kimchi, yeolmu kimchi, and buchu kimchi as side dishes. The guksi can be ordered as a double portion, and the broth is light and savory. The guksi and jeon come in small portions.
