Chakhan Dwaeji Jip

Chakhan Dwaeji Jip serves aged pork belly samgyeopsal in a Seoul alley. The meat is eaten with salt, wasabi and perilla leaf, soy sauce and soybean powder, and salted hairtail innards. A curing room is visible inside the shop, and the meat is grilled once, cut with a knife on a cutting board, then put back on the grill. The meat tastes good, but the price range is on the high side.
