Butter Squirrel

Butter Squirrel is a small bakery in Seoul that bakes European-style bread, pastries, and sandwiches. The owner bakes alone and also serves several kinds of focaccia and sandwiches. It is open only Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and the owner responds in English. It closes when the bread sells out, so arriving late is difficult.
