Bultaneun Sogeum Gui

Bultaneun Sogeum Gui is a meat restaurant near Sungshin Women's University in Seoul that grills pork jowl skin, galmaegisal, and pork collar over charcoal briquettes. It serves hangjeong kkeopdegi, pork jowl with skin attached, along with whole gabrisal and jjageuli cheonggukjang on the side. The restaurant stays open until 1 a.m. and grills the meat for customers during quiet hours, though staff cannot do so during peak times.
