Bingsuya

Bingsuya is a snack shop in Gireum, Seoul, selling strawberry bingsu, tteokbokki, eomuk udon, and assorted donggeuri twigim. Ordering tteokbokki and donggeuri brings udon, strawberry bingsu, kkotppang twigim with condensed milk, and bullyang sikpum as free extras. To visit, you reserve from 8 p.m. the previous day, or call at 8:30 a.m. the same day if you are coming from far away. The walls are covered in guestbook writing, and the wait is long, so you go well before opening.
