Sulbing Seongsinyeodaejeom is a café on the second floor of a market in front of Seongsinyeodae. It sells melon-strawberry-cheese bingsu and bungeoppang, and stays open late. Many seats on the second floor do not have Wi-Fi, while Wi-Fi is available on the counter floor. Cleanliness is not well maintained.
