Mobler is a small cafe in Seoul that sells financiers and coffee. The signature item is the financier, crisp outside and chewy inside, served alongside lattes and a house filter coffee. It has operated since 2018 in a space of about 7 pyeong with roughly four tables, and waits for coffee have reached 40 minutes during the lunch hour. In the afternoon the financiers often sell out, so a phone call is needed to check.
