Haru Ddeok

Harutteok is a rice cake cafe near Hansung University Station in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, serving rice cakes, traditional tea, and patbingsu. The patbingsu uses ice with a strong milk flavor, topped with whole red beans that have not been mashed, and comes with rice cakes and tea. The jujube tea is rich, the sujeonggwa is not very sweet, and hobak sikhye is also served. Customers can choose from baekseolgi, yaksik, and rice cakes made with plenty of pumpkin.
