Paper To Concrete

Paper to Concrete is a cafe on the fourth floor of an alley near Seomyeon Station in Busan. It serves Vienna coffee and strawberry latte, with the Vienna coffee topped by thick cream made in-house and caramelized and white versions also available. It opens from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., with the last order at 8:30 p.m., and drinks take about 10 to 20 minutes after ordering. The climb to the fourth floor is by stairs only, and the entrance and sign are hard to find.
