In the Mass Seasons

In The Mass Seasons is a cafe on the basement level of Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch in Bujeon-dong, Busanjin-gu, near the entrance. It serves canelés in varieties such as vanilla, matcha, and corn, along with Victoria scones and Basque cheesecake, with coffee. The brewed coffee is made with an Ethiopia bean on a batch brew machine, giving an acidity and a clean taste. Seating is limited, so a line forms at times.
