Use Izakaya is a quiet izakaya in a Busan alley that serves hanwoo tataki, salmon sashimi, and yakitori. A steak platter can be ordered with a chuurume yuzu highball or an Earl Grey highball. The seating layout is unusual, with few seats. The tomato pasta comes spicy, like a seafood jjamppong with thin broth, and the location is hard to find.
