Saisjib

Saitjip is a bar in Busan specializing in Korean beef tendon dishes. Its signature dish is Korean beef tendon hot pot with doenjang, and it also serves spicy hot pot and cream or rosé beef tendon. A traditional liquor sampler is available, and pasta can be ordered with the cream or rosé beef tendon. Most tables seat two people, so the bar is not suited to groups.
