Muhaehan Sai

Muhaedhansai is a bar in Jeonpo, Busan, set inside a converted house, serving aged sashimi, futomaki, mackerel sushi, and tempura. The aged sashimi plate holds eight kinds of hoe, and other options include perilla oil noodles with yukhoe and a half-and-half plate of yellowtail and raw shrimp. An electronic menu is available in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, and the sashimi is served over crushed ice. Sets come with grilled fish and fried dishes.
