Jusim

Jusim is a basement bar in Busan that serves gul bossam, yellowtail hoe, and highballs. The oysters are plump without a fishy taste, and the bossam is tender with no gamey smell, eaten wrapped in seaweed and dipped in soy sauce. The underground space is large enough for year-end group gatherings and has the feel of a hideout. A dart machine stands inside the venue.
