Aperi

Aperi is a wine bar in Jeonpo, Busan, serving wine with pasta and steak. It makes its own sangria and offers non-alcoholic wine, and stocks hundreds of bottles. Cooking happens in an open kitchen in a small space across the second and third floors, and the ragù sauce is aged for 24 hours. The menu includes honey cod, Spanish-style octopus, and ragù pasta.
