Yongine Sikdang is an old local restaurant near the Seogwipo rotary that serves a single menu item: dwaeji duruchigi. The meat is grilled first, then paechae, kongnamul, muchae, and baechu kimchi are added and stir-fried at the table, and the result is eaten wrapped in lettuce and chili peppers. The first order comes with banchan, rice, and doenjang soup, and everything from adjusting the heat to cooking the meat and bokkeumbap is done by the diners themselves. Parking around the restaurant is difficult, so drivers need to look for a nearby public parking lot.
