Ungdam Restaurant

Ungdam Sikdang is a restaurant in Seogwipo that serves one thing: black pork ogyeopsal grilled on a pot lid. The meat arrives already cut, and you grill it yourself on the lid, with pa jeori and kimchi on the side. Once you sit down, the ogyeopsal comes out right away, matching the number of people at the table. On a Thursday evening the wait was 30 minutes, and the thin slices get tough if grilled until crisp.
